Ready 1 Dump Trailers is not a franchise and not a call-center. Ben Thomas owns it, runs it, and shows up to the job. Same guy who answers the phone is the same guy you see step out of the truck.
That structure is the point. No layers. No "let me check with my supervisor." No subcontractor surprises. You call, Ben quotes, Ben drives the trailer, Ben hauls it. If something changes mid-job you talk to the person who can actually decide.
The trade-off: Ready 1 Dump is one truck, one calendar. Same-day in Tampa if you call before 1 PM on a weekday. Beyond that, a couple days out depending on volume. Up front, not led on.
