Tampa Bay - private, and at your pace

Hoarding Cleanup in Tampa Bay

Quick answer

We handle hoarding cleanups across Tampa Bay - also called hoarding cleanouts - as a discreet, judgment-free haul-away. We remove the volume of accumulated items from the home - furniture, boxes, bags, and household goods - at the pace you set, in stages if that is easier, and we set aside anything you want kept. It is owner-operated and private. We are haulers, so we clear and haul the items out; we do not do biohazard cleaning or remediation. Priced by volume, quoted up front.

No judgment. Just help clearing it.

Reaching out about a hoarding situation is hard, whether it is your own home or a parent's. We have cleared enough homes to know the job is as much about being someone easy to have in a difficult room as it is about hauling. Same person on the phone, same person at the door, and none of it gets talked about outside the job.

We move at the speed that works for the family. Some folks want it done in one long push; others need to go slow, one room at a time, with time to look through things. Either way is fine. You are in control of the pace and what stays.

What we do, straight

We haul the volume out. We are not a biohazard cleaner.

It is important to be clear so you get the right help. What we do is remove the sheer volume of items and clear the home: furniture, boxes, bags, household goods, and general clutter, hauled off by the trailerful. This is the same whole-property clearing muscle behind our estate cleanouts, pointed at a heavier job.

What we do not do is biohazard cleaning, sanitizing, mold or pest remediation, or deep-cleaning. If a home needs that, a licensed remediation company handles it, and we are glad to do the haul-away before or after them, or right alongside. We would rather tell you that up front than overpromise.

How we work a hoarding cleanup

A quiet walk-through first

We look at the home, talk through what matters to you, and give an honest estimate on volume and the number of pulls. No pressure, no meter running.

Keep-pile set aside

Documents, photos, mail, keepsakes, and valuables get set aside before anything moves. You or an organizer decides what stays; we load only what is cleared.

Clear it in stages or at once

One long day or several visits, room by room. We schedule the pulls around the family, a caseworker, or a professional organizer if there is one.

Hauled and out of sight

Everything cleared goes straight to a licensed disposal facility. Usable goods routed to donation where it makes sense. The home is left clear for whatever comes next.

Material limits still apply: no paint, chemicals, oil, fuel, or liquid hazardous material, and no scrap metal. Batteries are fine, tires are $2 each, and concrete or brick stacks 12 inches for axle weight. We will flag anything that needs a special drop-off.

Pricing

All-in and by volume, never by the hour. Labor, loading, hauling, and disposal included. A heavy home is a full trailer plus repeat pulls at the same rate, quoted after a walk-through.

ScopePrice
Single room or partial job$300 - $450
Three-quarter trailer$450
Full trailer$600
Whole home (repeat pulls, same rate)$600 per pull

Common questions

Do you handle hoarding cleanups discreetly in Tampa Bay?

Yes. These are private situations and we treat them that way. No judgment, no lectures, and no photos of the home posted anywhere without your permission. It is owner-operated, so it is the same person on the phone and at the door - not a rotating crew. We work at the pace you and the family are comfortable with, whether that is one long day or several visits.

Do you do biohazard cleaning, sanitizing, or remediation?

No, and we will be straight with you about that. We are a hauling service: we remove the volume of items and clear the home out. Biohazard cleaning, sanitizing, mold or pest remediation, and deep-cleaning are separate specialized services that a licensed remediation company handles. If a home needs that, we are glad to do the haul-away part before or after the specialists, or work alongside them. We will not pretend to offer something we do not.

How much does a hoarding cleanout cost?

It is priced by volume, the same as any haul - by how much fills the trailer, not by the hour. A heavily filled home is usually a full trailer at $600 plus repeat pulls at the same $600 rate until it is clear, and we tell you the realistic number of pulls after a walk-through. A single room or a partial job runs $300 to $450. You get an honest estimate before we start, and no meter running while we work.

Can we go at our own pace, room by room?

Yes, and for a lot of families that is the better way. We can clear it in stages over several visits instead of all at once, so nobody feels rushed and there is time to go through things. You decide the order and the pace. We schedule the pulls around what works for you and whoever is helping, whether that is family, a caseworker, or a professional organizer.

Will you help sort what to keep from what goes?

We set aside anything you point out - important documents, photos, mail, keepsakes, and valuables - before it goes near the trailer. We are haulers, not organizers or appraisers, so we do not go through drawers and decide for you or put a price on items. But nothing leaves that you have told us to keep, and if you are working with an organizer or a family member doing the sorting, we load only what they clear.
